What to expect

Intencity is a brand new concept in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Made up of 9 different classes, each experience has been designed to challenge and test your fitness and endurance.

During the 30 minute long high-intensity classes, you'll push yourself and track your own results via a heart rate monitor fitted to your chest. Your aim is to push yourself into your Red Zone - 80-100% increased heart rate.

The training regime is the most efficient training experience and will leave your metabolism increased and still burning calories hours after the class.

What to do when you come to a class & what to do with your MyZone belt

  1. Arrive five minutes before your class.
  2. Place the adjustable MYZONE strap around your chest and under your clothes.
  3. Make sure the monitor is placed where the heart is for maximum effect.
  4. That's it, you are ready to go!
